Personal data – What kind of information do we collect and for which purposes? 

Some of the functions offered on our website are only accessible via the following tracking technologies. You can always block, delete or disable these technologies if your browser permits it. Contact form

If you choose to contact us via the contact form on our website, your data is stored in our back end and collected in an email that is sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

Where relevant, the data in this email is transferred to our CRM system. Subsequently, the data is assigned to an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.

A follow-up may take place and for this reason we reserve the right to store contact details until the focal point of the event is terminated.

We will not divulge your personal data to a third party.

 

 

Newsletters

If you choose to sign up for our e-newsletter, the email address you submit is sent to HubSpot which handles our e-mail marketing services. We regard HubSpot as a third party data processor.

Your email address remains in our and HubSpots database as long as you continue to use HubSpots services for e-mail marketing or until you specifically request to be removed from the list. You can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe links in our newsletters or by requesting to be removed via e-mail. When you ask to be removed via e-mail, please send us your email via the email account that subscribes to our e-newsletters.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you submit your name and email address. We only use this information to send you our newsletter and personalise the content.

Information about your use of our newsletters – including whether our newsletters are opened, how long they are opened, when the email is deleted and if links are clicked – is anonymised and collected. We use this information to improve our service so we can further target and adjust the content to match the recipient's interests.

Your personal information is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe we and our data processor delete your information.
