Since our foundation in 1988, INDURA has conducted incoming goods inspections. All deliveries have undergone a quality control in accordance with ISO9001:2015.

To ensure correct and reliable deliveries, all key processes follow an established model in which we continuously focus on products, customers and logistics.

Any deviation is documented. A structured follow-up and dialogue with our customers are a crucial part of maintaining consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Each year we ask you as a customer where we can further improve our service. Suggestions are reviewed and subsequently included in the ISO9001:2015 certification as updated work routines.
