Addition to INDRUA sales and delivery conditions (12.05.2021)
- The price situation is changing significant and rapidly at the moment. We strive to ensure that prices on our offers is valid in 24 hours, but we are obliged to make reservations that there may be changes in the prices after the offer has been sent.
- We only know the price of shipping from Asia to Europe when the goods leave. Due to major changes in freight rates this year, we find ourselves forced to make reservations for larger fluctuations in freight rates and surcharges.
- We reserve the right to change agreed prices, in the event of sudden tax changes not known at the time of ordering.
- Due to the current market situation, and as a result of the new Corona virus (COVID-19), which may affect the fulfillment of our obligations, we reserve the right to delay delivery. It is not possible to claim cancellation or compensation if an order is delayed.
- Situations may arise where agreements are not possible to fulfill as a result of the COVID-19 situation and the current market situation. In those situations, we disclaim any responsibility to fulfill our obligations, whether or not it will constitute Force Majeure.
