A threaded flange is an older method of joining pipe systems. Threaded fittings are mainly used for smaller pipe diameters. It is mostly effective for piping systems with low-pressure & low temprature installations, where no vibration is encountered. It is easy to install and the skill requirements are not extensive. It is normally made from malleable iron, cast brass or bronze, forged alloy and carbon steel. We stock only carbon, galvanized and stainless.
